I decided to retire since last time you wrote. Probably can't afford to do it but I'm going in anyhow. I have been working for 52 years and it's time for a break. Don't exactly have a nest egg, but even at my age life is an adventure.

Just remember: If your nose runs and your feet smell, you're built upside down.

Peace and thanks for the linx.

congrats! 52 years is so long! too long for me to grasp, so i calculated how many seinfeld episodes you could have watched in all the time you spend working (more than 350,000). I hope it's bliss!!! I hope you are going nuts on HOBBIES

Thank you. Please don’t stop. I will be reading these and clicking on every single hyperlink when I am 87 and collecting $5 a month in social security benefits.

I too went to the dentist recently for the first time since Covid. (Last appointment was September 2019!) I ain’t havin’ my mouth open and get a virus! Only went now because I got the bivalent booster.

i apologized a lot about neglecting the dentist office but my hygienist was great. she kept saying "what matters is that you're here now" and i can't stop thinking about it

When life gets me down, I try to smile through it all and be more like a healthy cow. Glad you survived Utah!

it's crazy how i really DO feel inspired by the healthy cow caption after all this time. it's kind of timeless in the way bible verses are. maybe i should recite it before i eat meals

I 2 went to the dentist. My teeth were spectacular, although I grind in my sleep (can’t help it), so they’re making me a night guard!

Uniquely LA things you should see while you are here are The Museum of Jurassic Technology and the Velaslavasay Panorama and taste test the French Dip sandwiches at Cole's and Philippe's which both claim they invented it! Thank you for all the wackiness.

Hey! Greatly enjoying all the content you’ve been putting out. Definitely learned a lot of random yet lowkey useful things stemming from your stuff. I’m back at home after college and not loving my work, so I appreciate having new stuff to dive into! Good luck in LA

While the work is fulfilling, there are a lot of days where I just don’t have much work to do at all which results in some pretty lethargic/dull moods, ya know? No biggie though, it’s my first job outta college so I’m still figuring it out!

Don't feel bad! I haven't been to the dentist in 12 years, and my teeth are (probably) fine!

hey, i don't want to be a preachy dentist evangelist or anything, but maybe you should go! when i was there the hygienist told me about the dangers of gum disease and it gave me a fright!
